We are very happy with the whole service that we received. Senad was kind and helpful, He showed us all the different materials and colors, and let us take some pieces home so we could be sure exactly what color we wanted. We are convinced that we got the best product for our taste and budget.
We didn't had to wait a long time for the installation to begin and be completed.
Definitely we will return for our next projects.

We were very pleased with our salesman, Eddie, he was so nice and helpful and always available for us. They did a fabulous job...we got hardwoods and carpet, the installers of both were here on time, very friendly, and did a great job. I highly recommend EZ Floors!

They instantly beat any estimate you receive and then it goes downhill from there. If you value your sanity and the look of your home, get your wood floors installed elsewhere. I got two rooms completed, by a 2 man crew. One room looks fairly decent. The other, not so much. The first issue is the trim. It barely matches and each staple is visible. The living room floor has the same level of workmanship, poor. Not flush, I can see gaps between the trim and the flooring. Pieces of the flooring was split. Now to the warranty that they give you the runaround about honoring, only took two appointments to get them here and it was a month or so before the first repair appointment. On the third attempt to reschedule, I demanded they show. Now they are here attempting to convince me that there isn't an issue. Btw... not very much English and I don't speak much Spanish so add that to the frustration. I should have kept the dirty carpet.

Finally decided to get wood floors. Went to Lumber Liquidators and EZ Floors in Cypress of 290. Michael at EZ Floors was professional, selection of floors was tremendous and they beat Lumber Liquidators by over $3k. I have to say very satisfied with the price, selection, experience and as I type this they are finishing our floors and look great! They moved our furniture, cleaned up everything and made sure no detail was untouched. Very impressed!
