My advice to everyone is to run from this con-man (Richard Ganero) as fast as you can. He is a liar and a crook.



My wife and I were shopping for a Tempur Pedic mattress and Richard Granero was our salesperson. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the products. He told us point blank that if we didn't like the mattress we could return it. Well guess what--we don't like the $5,410.00 mattress. We called and asked that they pick it up and refund our money and Richard Granero's true colors come out. He says there is a mandatory 30 day trial period and if we still don't like it after the 30 days, then he will do a one-time exchange for a mattress of equal value. He said if we exchange for a more expensive model then we just pay the difference, BUT IF WE BUY A LESS EXPENSIVE MATTRESS THEN HE KEEPS THE DIFFERENCE--NO REFUND !!! When I told reminded him about what he said to us about returning the mattress, he flat out denied ever saying it--HE IS A BOLD FACE LIAR.

He asked why we didn't like the mattress and I told him it was too hard, very much harder than the floor model. He told me that the floor models are sent thru a roller 200-300 times before being put in the showroom. He then said I should walk on the bed for a couple of weeks to let the air out of the foam cells. WTF DUDE ??? How about just selling the same product that you display....

do not ever go to this mattress location. I support private and family owned businesses. but not this one at all. the owner or at least he says he is, Richard Granero does not deserve to own a store. you do not yell at your customers for being dissatisfied with pillows forgot sake. there are too many other locations and other mattress companies that deserve your business. this one does not. so for your own sake just keep moving on to the next corner
