Family Roots Nursery

At the passing of my mother over three years ago, a tree was purchased from Family Roots that was to be planted in her memory; we are still waiting on it. Despite numerous calls and visits on our part and promises by them, the only attempt to deliver a live tree was that of a more common (i.e. less expensive) variety which was loaded “by accident”. My father made one last visit to them in mid-February and was promised a phone call the following Monday to inform us as to when the tree would be planted. At that time Aaron was told that we would give them until mid-March to deliver the tree – it is now April and neither the call nor the tree have been received.
