I've used this company's services now for over 11 yrs. Never had problems with them. If I have an extra can to be emptied once in a great while, they just do it - no charge. Rates have been reasonable and competitive.

Paulding Waste Disposal does good about picking up, etc. However, they have some serious issues in their billing department. I've been using them for two years and they are inconsistent with their billing practices. On at least two occassions they have sent out their quarterly billing after it is due, the most recent being for 7/1 - 9/30 quarter, I received the bill which was postmarked July 2, 2020, obviously it was sent out late. In 2018, I was previously charged a late fee for a bill I never received when I first started with them. I brought that to their attention and they waved the fee. Because of that incident, I did not wait for them to send the bill for the next quarter, I mailed off the payment with a note for my account number and placed the account number on the check. That check cleared my account on June 29. I've gotten another bill on 8/7 which clearly indicates an issue with the accounts receivables department. They failed to credit my account. At least they haven't tried to charge me a late fee.
My recommendation is that the owner take a hard look at the person or persons responsible for accounts/billing and audit their work to insure that bills are mailed out timely and that payments are properly recorded. If I continue to have these issues, I will most likely have to find another service that can keep accurate records.
Do not expect someone to answer the phone when you call, you'll have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back.
I don't really have any other issues with their service, but to not send out bills timely and then to not properly record payments received is a major issue for any customer.

Does anyone ever work in this office? This is my second incident to where all I have received is a voicemail. The first time, I received a call back after a week. I was trying to make a payment. Now I am trying to cancel service due to moving and I have yet to have anyone return my call. I have left three voicemails and have called dozens of times. This is ridiculous!!!!

They are awesome. I had a bunch of extra trash I needed picked up with my regular collection. I called and they gave the driver a note asking him to pick up. They drove up, saw the extra cans, hopped right out and emptied them out completely. Office staff is friendly and helpful. I am a very satisfied customer.
