My husband and I bought my engagement ring and had my wedding ring custom made at the old location years ago and recently I lost my diamond out of my engagement ring so we went back to the new location to replace it. They always are so great to work with and took the time to find exactly what we wanted. they truly do have the best pricing and best quality for your money. I worked with Pati Hann and she was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I will Definitely be doing more business with them.

It was 9:59 and they made us go back out side till 10:00 he said wen there already was a customer in there but guess why cuz we are Mexicans sad but true about to be 2014 and they still racial profiling never coming here again!

My husband bought a diamond ring for me from Dallas Gold and Silver Exchange 5 years ago for just under $1500. A diamond came loose, so he took the ring back to them to put it back and reset the other diamonds. When he gave it back to me, I thought they had done a poor job resetting the stones and didn't think it looked right. The diamonds looked icky. Since our 20th anniversary is coming up, I took the ring back to them and asked the guy at the counter what was wrong with it and why I didn't like it. I didn't tell him the ring came from them. He looked at it and said "well, these are really low quality cheap diamonds. It would retail for about $500." I said "Really?!? $500?? Then why did you charge my husband almost $1500 for it!!" Dallas Gold and Silver Exchange--what crooks!

I purchased my wife a set of David Yurman pearl earrings and necklace at Dallas Gold and Silver this year for Christmas. She loved it.



They were very busy since I went in on the 23rd but the sales people here patient and took the time to go through their inventory until I found what I wanted. I will be back next year.
