DB Disposal

0 stars because of incident on Saturday July 7, 2018 on I-20 East, Dallas, TX near Wheatland&Hampton, at 9:45 am. A large drywall plaster piece fell from the truck, bounced and hit the front end of my suv, knocking off emblem. My passenger was able to get the name and number and called immediately, talked to Alisha who took info, asked questions and stated she would call me back. No call back received and I called on Monday and Alisha gave the phone to office manager, Lisa who stated “we alerted the driver and he adjusted his load and we are not liable” I asked to speak with Lisa’s manager and was informed “it stops with me” The very least DB Disposal could have done is apologize. I will contact every Consumer agency possible including the BBB for retribution.

Awful experience. Their price was a little cheaper but you get what you pay for. Left a pile of trash over our site. MJ the receptionist was unfriendly and her supervisor Lisa Jasso was just the same. No concept of good customer service. I would have honestly paid more to a different disposal service for a better experience.
