        Why does Sephora and Bath and Body Works use this company? This poor excuse for a company has 2 of my packages. They are stuck in Fort Worth. They so called "customer service" people has no clue what they are doing. No way to speak to a supervisor. It is shameful how poorly this company does business. How does a package show out to deliver and then they send it back to fort worth? They have been in possession of the packages for over a week. NOT 1 attempt to deliver. I should have just had store pick up but shouldn't have to do that. Very frustrated. I've been hung up several times. I have been told I am not their only customer. I was promised many times for a call back from a supervisor, which never happened. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!
