I had a hearing test at this office recently. This wasn't my first test or my first set of hearing aids. After going to an ENT physician for years I thought that I'd give Miracle Ear a try, and avoid paying for another test. They offer free testing. I expected that it was going to be one of those quickie tests where they beep at you and you raise your hand if you hear it, like my ENT always did. But I was wrong. Miracle-Ear performed a more thorough test than my doctor ever did. They explained how the ear works and what the testing chart meant, before the testing began. After the normal beep beep beep portion of the test they performed tests, some of which included words at various volume levels. After experiencing how a patient should be treated I can see that my ENT was more concerned about getting his Medicare payment than with taking the time to do a thorough job and answer all of my questions. My hearing aids are still working fine, but when I need a fresh set, Miracle Ear will be the only place I go to get them. I have recommended Miracle Ear to many of my friends already, and those who got tested there are glad that they did.

My wife wanted me to get tested, but I wasn't so sure about the whole thing. The hearing consultant was very informative and open. After my test, he let me try on some of the hearing help available and it really worked. It's been four months now, and thanks to the staff at Miracle Ear, I now have the benefit of hearing again. They helped me every step of the way. After this experience, I know that I will remain a long-time patron of them.
