Pizza Hut

The service is terrible. I ordered my pizza online and I given given a certain time to pick it up. I showed up a few minutes later to get my pizza and had to stand in line, which was ok. I noticed some pizza hut employees playing in the parking lot while they were busy. There were seven people waiting and a different employee ringing each customer up. Each employee did not know how to work the computer and took a very long time for me to reach the cashier. When I got there I was told my pizza has 5 more minutes to be ready and they will let me know when it is ready. At this point I have been waiting in line for 20 min. 45 minutes later I finally go back to the counter I ask about my pizza and they found it sitting on the rack and it has been there for and hour and was not fresh. Also, the same employees that were playing in the parking lot were still out there when I left.
