AT&T Retail Store

Awful, awful, awful!! If I could put 0 I would! They do not follow the At&t mission statement whatsoever! They do not care about their customers and it shows, all their concerned about is what time it is and when they get off their shift! I went in their to make a payment on the Kiosk for my Uverse Account. The greeter at the front door informed me that in order to make a payment on my Uverse account that I need my account number. I don't know it by heart, as I usually access my account information with my phone number. He gave me my account number in which I put into the kiosk. However, on my way home I noticed on my app that the payment did not deduct from the balance as it usually does, this was not my first time using it. I noticed that the account number on my app was different from my receipt. It turns out that the associate told me the wrong account number, it was a old account number from a cancelled Uverse account. I went back to get my money back and they told me that I would have to wait for the refund of my payment, in which will be in the form of a check will arrived within 7-10 business days! Are you kidding me?! Your associate made a mistake and I need to wait to get my money back! After hours of waiting to speak to the store manager (Dora) who was rude and filthier than cat litter, did nothing to ease my frustration. In conclusion, I am now out $82 and my Uverse payment has yet to be transferred to the correct account. I am calling corporate first thing in the morning! This place should not be in business!

I am really happy with the service I received everytime I come to this location. The staff are always helpful, especially Giovanni! They have a great selection of accessories that I haven't seen in other locations also.
