        I’ve tried many workout approaches overtime none of which i’ve enjoyed or felt motivated enough to keep up with until 123 Total Fitness. Rob’s training & nutrition expertise has not only increased my strength & stamina, but completely transformed my body. Rob makes every workout challenging yet exciting, and really listens to your personal goals & customizes your workouts around them. He not only care about your progress in the gym, but each of his clients overall well-being.
