The Varsity

I thought I'd try a new Varsity for lunch today. the old store in Athens just wasn't getting it anymore.I did not see the usual piles of dying french fries and onion rings on the pasSs. although I was greeted with a shr and weak 'what ll ya have.' my order came up quick. it was super fresh. the bun was super fresh also not wrinkle on it, dark brown perfect taste and texture. I swear they changed the spec on the bun at the Athens store. onion rings hot and fresh but not too much grease. absolute perfection a testament to what a Varsity should be.
