Craftsmen did a remodel of our bathroom in October 2013. We recently noticed hairline cracking on the inside of toilet they installed. We are within the 5 year warranty period that we were given for labor and the materials. Manufacturers replaces the toilet if problems develop within five years. Upon calling Craftsmen, they refused to honor their warranty on the toilet, even tho they could get it done by manufacturer because it falls under warranty as I have found out by calling the manufacturer. We will not recommend them any longer.

They did a great job on our kitchen and bath - Dan was great to work with and the contactors did an excellent job! Would definitely recommend this company!

Craftsmen is awesome, they did our kitchen remodeling and it looks like something from a movie. I still can't believe I am in my own home.

My husband and I were very impressed with the work that Craftsmen Home Improvements did for us. We had a huge kitchen remodel that had a lot of obstacles to overcome. We changed the entire layout of our kitchen, bought new kitchen cabinets & countertops, flooring, backsplash....the whole deal. It was awesome to have only one company doing it all and not have to call several companies. We love, love, love our new kitchen and actually stay home and cook more now! Good Job Craftsmen, you are highly recommended in my book!

I love working with Craftsmen and plan on doing more work with them in the future! They are great at all of their services and I am especially happy with my kitchen remodel!
