I have been here three times for work that ranged from oil change, to caliper replacement, to diagnostics check. They always make me feel like their priority. It's not often you feel taken care of by a mechanics shop, but this shop, takes good care of it's day 1 to decade client. Everyone matters. That's something that can't be taught in the shop. That's the culture from top to bottom at this shop! Thanks for always taking care of me.
I'm officially retiring this car today. I blew the transmission. But Midas was understanding and confirmed it was my transmission; they gave me plenty of time to figure out what to do with my car, so I could have it retowed to a third-party auctioneer site. Thanks Midas for taking good care of me.
