My first time here and not only am I satisfied with the work, but they were very professionalism with their work.

I went to Midas for the first time when I received a $19.99 Oil Change Coupon. The workers were very nice to me when I was there and even opened the door for me when I entered and left. I am very happy that I went to Midas because after the service I received I gave Firestone the boot! When they finished with my oil change and took me back to explain what he had done, there were really no other errors they found with my car, other than my windshield wiper fluid was low. However, when I was at Firestone for my last oil change, all these different things were wrong with my car and it was imperative that I needed to get them fixed right away! I even showed them the paper Firestone gave me saying what all needed to be done, they laughed and said they were full of you know what. They even have this program for you getting a free oil change after every six I believe. It's something like that. That made me want to keep coming back because they gave incentive. Firestone does not do that. I always thought Firestone was money hungry, but now I know for sure. I will never return to Firestone. Midas does a better job for a cheaper price.
