Kitchen Remodeling
Since plans by interior designers donâ€™t always account for unforeseen problems, exposed during tear out, builders must be flexible. When we encountered such a situation, we quickly developed new plans, and executed flawlessly. New layouts, cabinetry, lighting and flooring improve aesthetics and functionality.

Dr. Martinâ€™s practice center in Springboro, Ohio badly needed expansion and renovation, but had to remain open to the public.
Tile Installation
Their challenge to us was to help be distinctive... to develop a style unique to them. We helped them locate and secure fine space, provided the needed creativity to stretch a limited budget and modified their ideas to make them affordable. Our design included wall coverings, seating, custom crafted accessories (Dave designed the round mirror surrounded by small ceramic tiles) and finishes.
Fireplaces
When we saw that our clientâ€™s beloved model train was languishing in a basement room, we designed and built a railroad track around the open-beamed ceiling in the family room where he spent more of his time. Our master carpenter built the railroad bridge to cross the fireplace. The stunning craftsmanship adds to the enjoyment.
Skylight Repair/Replacement
Other contractors suggested prohibitively expensive lighting and costly, ineffective skylights. We focused on environmental health and engineered backwards. Ceiling and walls are now bright reflective surfaces requiring less lighting while boosting morale and productivity.

The Carroll family wanted to turn a second floor deck into a sun room. The space did not allow for rough framing.

Decks
Working as their general contractor, we engineered an HVAC solution that safely, affordably and effectively dealt with air handling, recirculation, and monitoring for carbon monoxide buildup. We also designed and completed the interior build out of game rooms, food areas and observation decks, with an aesthetic appeal that continues to attract racers of all intensity levels.
Garage Door Repair/Replacement
A wall of high bay garage doors allows the sunshine and party atmosphere to flow from the custom patio to the dining area. The result is a smartly functioning space filled with bright lights and good times.

Carpentry
Our in-house custom carpentry capability, appliance sourcing and residential design consultants prevented needless extra expenditure on superfluous features while maximizing the quality of the end product. The result was a complete redesign of the kitchen, entrance and breakfast areas, adding greater overall function and beauty.
