Outback Steakhouse

I can’t believe this restaurant has bad reviews. I’ve been there twice in the last three weeks. Both time, warmly welcomed, service was swift, food was excellent! What on earth more do you want?

So disappointed today. I've been craving the coconut shrimp and house salad for a month now. I work in 2 restaurants and dont care to eat out on the little free time I have, buy I love Outback and decided to pick up some food to go and relax tonite before my busy weekend. My coconut shrimp was not cooked at all. not to mention the thick breading was so wet and gooey. I ended up throwing it away. Gross. I never complain because I know things can go wrong. But, they weren't busy, it was 4pm and I know the cooks know better. So disappointed.

The food here is almost always excellent and the servers are as well - it's just that on several visits, there has been an obvious shortage of staffers on the floor and it impacted service, turnaround, and wait times directly.
