i ordered from jessica a mirror white to be specific on July the 5 the grad (a)
when i got it it was broken and full of mud i called and sent her photo of the item shy stated that sorry for that we will pic up and credit you : never did never called back i got ignored and put on indefinite hold very bad service
i have the part in the box ready for here to pic up

I needed a fuel pump and bought one from Budget. my mechanic discovered that the part was bent. I had the truck repaired at the dealership. They took the part back and refunded my card with no static at all. I expected a lot worse, but these guys handled it really well.

Bankhead Auto Parts aka Budget Auto Salvage are owned by one and same person. This is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever had to do business with on earth. I spent in excess of $1500 for an automatic transmission that was nothing but a piece of junk. David and Abdul, installed a transmission in my vehicle that will not go into reverse and refuse to repair or refund my money. The customer service is atrocious. The actual owner is cleverly disguised making it almost impossible to claim any damages. I will strongly not recommend this company to anyone and would caution anyone doing business with them to extremely careful.
