Great place! We brought our cat in on Easter Sunday because she wasn't eating and overall wasn't herself. They were very warm and respectful to us because my wife and I were extremely upset. They helped Chloe and she is back to normal now. I don't wish an emergency on anyone but if you have one this is a great place to go.

STAY AWAY !!! Charged us 100.00. for taking our dogs temperature. Showed absolutely no compassion. Only how are we going to pay over 1500.00 estimate. Dog was having seziures. Went to another emergency vet. on Oakland Pk off I 95. They imediatly took her in thier arms to care for her. The first place had us put her on a table and walked away.

Excellent! I am very satisfied with the services I received. They were kind and my dog got a fast and right on target treatment that stopped immediately the allergic reaction she was having.

My almost 15 year old shih tzu...

My almost 15 year old shih tzu fell out of bed last week. She seemed to be okay for a few days. All of a sudden she started staggering, and could not stand or walk very well. I was very concerned and brought my dog in Sunday morning at 1:30 a.m. After spending more than $850 they told me her rear leg was sprained, and she has arthritis. They gave me medication to give her for the arthritis and since they sedated her to take the x-rays, they assured me she would sleep the night. Needless to say, my dog was very agitated the whole evening and the next day (Sunday) did not eat a thing! No cookie, no treat, nothing. I couldn't give her medicine. Monday morning I made an appointment with my vet. Within five minutes the vet diagnosed her with vestibular syndrome, a common balance issues with older, small dogs. Not a sprain in the back leg. $850 down the drain with wrong diagnosis and wrong medication. NEVER AGAIN!

I took my dog there a few days ago. I leave out of town and my dog was perfectly fine when we left, but during the drive down here he started getting sick and vomited three times. By the time we arrived I could see he was not okay so I looked online and found this place. They were very helpful from beginning to end. My dog had to stay hospitalized during the night but when I picked him up the following morning he was considerably better and now it's back to normal. I am very grateful for their excellent services.

This place should be out of business and reported to the state. They do not deserve a license and I am aggravated that I could only give them a 1, instead of a 0 on this review. My neighbor (who I don't know and is Brazilian) came over hysterical that her dog was dying. I called our vet for the nearest emergency room and she followed me there. This is apparently the closest clinic open at night to Boca. The woman is very wealthy and driving a 100,000+ car but she forgot her purse in the hysteria and they would not treat her dog until her credit card got there; even though they said the dog was dying momentarily without treatment! She offered to have the credit card numbers called in while someone brought her money and they refused. When I said I would report them to the state for gross malpractice and identified myself as a member of the media they threatened to call the police. It was to say the least outrageous and awful in every respect. These people do not care about life or animals at all and only money! Someone should call the police on them. I had our vet call them to assure them this woman would take care of it within the half hour and they still refused to treat with the other veterinarian on the phone. I hope everyone who has any bad experience will report them

to the: Florida Board Of Veterinary Medicine, Division of Professions, 1940 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0783 phone 850-487-1395. Also report them to PETA. Please get this place shut down and hopefully there will be a better place to replace them for the community.

This place is the worst, I took my Daughter dog poisoned there and they do only care about money, they lie to us when we call them before to ask about the price they only said they charged $ 70for diagnostic when we arrived, they asked for a deposit of $ 500, after 45 minutes the Dra. Came to me and she told me that the treatment would cost $ 1200 approx. I told them I couldn’t afford it, So she told me I have to take my dog back home no after they tray to charge me another $ 200 for nothing, I did not accept the extra charges and after discussing about it for long period, they returned me my dog, but she don’t gave me the results and invoice of the first $500 because I refused to pay the extra $ 200.

Worst experience ever. I'm glad my pup is still here with me. All they are interested in is your money. I don't know how these people live with themselves! The owner was rude and disrespectful when I questioned my pup's diagnosis. Thank God my vet took care of her! Shame on you all!!!

DO NOT take your pet here

Well last night my mother rushed my cat who was seizuring, aspirating, and not breathing properly. I get a call from my mother that if I want to save my cat it is going to be $2000 - $4000 INITIALLY just to see what's wrong with him, give him oxygen and IV fluids. Who has that kind of money, and why is the vets first reaction to speak with a pet owner instead of focusing on the pet?!? The vet tells me that she will try and give oxegen and put a tube down his throat, but she doesn't know if it will help him. 45 mins later I arrive to find my cat dead. And slapped with a $920 bill - without any diagnostics tests! The vet was so rude. Do yourself a favor, research the closest emergency vet to where you live in case anything should ever happen. Just make sure you don't take your pet here unless you don't care about them. The only thing they care about is money!

Like for the fact my parents already paid the medical bill and I'm going in to visit with my dead cat when the nurse comes in telling me to pay the cremation bill now so I can leave when I am done. How about you let me visit with my dead car alone and I will come out and talk to you about paying for yor horrific services once in finished?!

I brought my dog here, he had been very sick with a fever they charged for IV fluids and since I wasn't going to pay more to leave him there they literally just left the IV fluids in for 2 minutes and then removed it, and said that was enough to hydrate the dog. My dog also had swelling on his face and the doctor never even realized. They should close this place down.
