Nathan A. Fogt, DO

I have had 2 second opinions, I have had 4 pain management dr's 2 neurosurgeons, and 4 shoulder surgeons. All these dr's have come up with the very same diagnosis. This man dr Fogt, he knows exactly what worked comp wants to hear. This man seriously spent no more then 5 minutes with me. Asked me 5 questions and when I tried to explain something he would shush me. He barely touched me, nothing you can consider an actual exam. The report he gave O.W.C.P. is total crap. Out of 12 Dr.s his report is the only one that's different. He's a terrible Dr. If you are seeing him for workers comp be warned, he does exactly what they want. I am disabled because of an accident I had at work. This man downplayed my injuries to line his pocket, there is something truly wrong with someone that can do that
