        Overall

        Ignorant staff who curse. Charged me for clothing that was dropped into the gears of the laundry mechanism, then claim they cannot return them until they are cleaned again. I asked for my clothes back and the police were called??? Obviously they were in the wrong and I got my clothing back once the police arrived. Pathetic excuses for working class folk
