The employees that work at the building department are just so rude. I have been several times over the years and have witnessed them being rude to customers almost every time I have been there. I'm sorry you're miserable and hate your jobs but please DO learn customer service skills or get another job not dealing with the public. I cannot believe that the person in charge lets them speak to their customers the way that they do.
