this rating goes along with the one above.... wanted to let everyone know that yes i only had a one year warranty and i all i was trying to get the company to do is maybe come and check out how bad my fence was and then go from there. also, my fence will only be 2 years old in october. the owner told me that it wasn't his problem cause when he puts up a fence for the home builder (the company we bought our house from) it is the lowest quality fence that he puts up. i will leave these pictures for others to see the kind of fence i got. click on this link http://www.chadchenierphotography.com/fence/index.html also, i do remember talking to this company before the fence was put up and it was the best fence then, but now that its falling down and rotting..... i am told it is the lowest quality fence now.

my fence was put up a little under two years ago and the post are all spliting, the runners are bending, the nails are rusted, the boards all have big holes, and all the wood is rotting. i called to explain very nicely about this problem to see if anyone could help me or explain but the owner of the company was very rude. he 1st wanted to hang up on me when i didn't want to give out my address 1st, second he also told me not to speak when he was speaking but i was just trying to answer a question. he pretty much had me in tears before the phone call was over. i have had other fences put up and had better quality and professional people to talk to. to me i would rather get nicer service than what i recived today.
