        Worst waste of time and money ...

        Worst waste of time and money of any training I have ever attended. I have gotten much more from any number of other systems. I also found Mr. Harvey to be a bit of a know it all and seemed all flash and no substance.

        I'm sad that ddagone feels this way and that he/she won't allow me the professional courtesy to leave an actual name and/or call me to discuss his/her concerns. Our training is about being upfront and honest with those you interact with and I'm dissappointed ddagone chose this medium vs. a call to me.I never want an unhappy cleint and through our surveys we have a 99% very satisfied to excellent feedback, but you can never have 100% of the people, 100% happy, 100% of the time is a business reality. No matter how hard we try.
