Hampden Village Apartments

My current lease is up, however over the past few years i have been submitting issues and complaints that have gone unanswered and i was completly ingonored. I recnetly submitted a letter of some resent issues that happen over the summer time due to constrution projects. I also turned in a bag of a hundred different types of nails, screws and razors that was left on the ground during these projects. I had to replace all of my tires becausae 3 out of 4 of them had nails and screws in them, eventually causing a blowout. The people working these projects blocked entry ways in and out of the property and wouldnt move their vechicles to let resisdents by. Most projects fell apart shortly after completion. the seal coating peeled of the ground the next day, the new fencing is coming apart, and exterior door hadles break and lock people in the building. As well as i have request for the bath tub to be repaired, there is a spot on the wall that keeps getting bigger and caving in, a window that has water in between the glass panes, and the kitchen counters that are coming off the wall. As well as a neighbor that violate apartment polices: at the time this neighbor lived in a studio and at any given time there was 2-4 peopelliving there not on lease, this person was often seen doing cocane and smelling meth coming form the apartment and allowed these people to climb in and out of the windows when the resident was there. This same neighbor would leave piles of trash outside her apartment which was also infront of the laundry room. the reaction that i got from management was a 30 day move out letter. i did bring this up to the Director of Resident Management and its clear she doesnt know what going on.
