Very unprofessional. Lack of knowledge of products from lower-level staff. They just simply referred me a different office. They obviously do not have a person on-site that can give detailed information about products, or their claim to "customize products". Very disconcerning.

Horrible customer service. THEY WILL NOT ADHERE TO BILLING TIME LINES, AND WILL NOT PAY ON TIME. I do not recommend AT ALL. Always reached an automated answering service at their satellite office. All messages were not returned. Never once spoke to a person there. All staff at their culture plant could not supply proper technical information. Look elsewhere for dairy culture products.
