Pho Saigon Noodle Grill

Went into this place for a bowl of soup, ordered the rare steak and they served me a bowl of soup with chopped hamburger and the shrimps were cut in half, not even a whole shrimps. Asked the guy why and he says some nonsense about the meat being cut rare.then it is well cooked, it was not even slices of meat, very nasty. would not recommend this place to anyone. they do not deserve a one star rating either, should be no star!!
