        My vehicle sat on their lot for 2 weeks before it was able to be towed by my insurance to be assessed by an adjuster. In the 13 days it was on their lot, they must have just decided for themselves it was going totalled, as they stole all four of my brand new tires, including the spare, replacing tires w mismatched bald tires from other cars on their lots. I have pictures, documentation and receipts to prove it, and they will not own up to it. The manager Darrell is rude and I'm sure the ringleader. Pretty sure you'll find 4 brand new Dunlop tires on Craigslist if you look for them. I would never EVER have a car towed by this company - they have zero morals and do whatever the hell they want.

        They release cars with out looking over the paperwork they are rude and the men who call themselves managers are bullies all they want is money they lie about what your total fees are lies lies I gave them -10 star
