Rickenbaugh Volvo

Hey folks,if you are thinking of buying from Rickenbaugh,BUYERS BEWARE! I recently bought a car from them and got completely taken. They traded me my used vehicle for a used Land Rover. After driving the Rover a week,I found out that my trade was worth way more then the car they got me to give them in trade. Also I found out that the Rover they sold me had been wrecked twice. I drove this Rover for a little over a weekvand realized I'd been taken. I returned to the lot requesting my old car back and was told that I could buy my car back for much more then it costs me originally!! They refused to work with me. I then proceeded to another lot where I got great service and a very reasonable trade for this Rover. Then as I tried to firm up deal,I was told that Rickenbaugh had not fully transferred the title to me! So after many hours of frustration and having to pay $89 to get Rover title. I finally have my dream car. Rickenbaugh is the worst car buying experience EVER. Salesman at Rickenbaugh slipped and told me I was the 3rd person this month to return,trying to get their cars back!!! Not good. Run,dont walk elsewhere!!

The entire staff from the owner to all the sales staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This is my first cadillac but not my last and the next one will be leased with Rickenbaugh. -Dan D.

I have been a happy camper of your product for years but have not exalted your praises, especially of your sales force, shops, merchandise all of Rickenbaugh.
