        Overall

        Worst property management company ever. They took my money for three years and did absolutely NOTHING to manage my property. My contract said no pets and no smoking. Two large dogs lived in the house and they smoked like a freight train. All of my carpets were destroyed, the kids used the walls as a canvas, the tenants didn't know what a vacuum, broom, or mop looks like, and they didn't change out my filter for 3 years. Repairs cost me over $10K!!! These people are horrible and only take your money.
