        Really had a nasty virus on my...

        Really had a nasty virus on my computer. They took time to explain over the phone in detail specifically what type of virus I had and the type of problems asscociated with it.

        The company has a flat fee for removing viruses which is very reasonable. I could not find my files but was assured the files were still intact but hidden by the virus. My computer is used for business and it was crucial the virus be removed quickly. Rest assured. the computer ran faster, my files were intact and the job wasdone quicky as well.         Took the time to listen to my problem. Determined that I had a nasty virus on the computer that had hidden all my files. CTS was able to recover my files, remove the virus and clean up my computer. I would recommend their services. They were quick and reasonably priced. Thanks for a great job!
