husband and I stopped in here on the afternoon of Friday February 5th 2015. The service was less than stellar as it took the waitress about 10 minutes to bring drinks. She then disappeared for another 10 minutes and when she finally came back to take our order she was less than enthusiastic. The food was even more of a disas$8.00 classic nachos, consisted of ate chips with cheese on them. We promptly sent those back. We both ordered fajitas, which arrive just after appetizer, and where the most pitiful excuse for fajitas I have ever seen. When I asked the waitress if this is how they normally come, her reply was to just go get the manager. The manager was very apologetic and I felt bad for him because he's in a lose lose situation but we ended up leaving without eating anything. This is not the chilis of the past and I definitely wouldn't waste my time going to this particular one.

I don't think I have ever experienced such bad service. Hostess with a terrible attitude, 30 minutes to be seated with unbussed empty tables clearly seen, 15 more minutes to see a waiter--after going up to get our own menus, no beverages or table settings.
An hour and 20 still with no food, we got up and walked out.
Never again.

Arrived to the restaurant @930PM. Sat at the bar where everyone else was siting in the bar area. 1. Took about 10 mins to take our order 2. The food took 30mins for appetizers 3.The bar tender was very rude and slow. Requested the manager and she did nothing. Will not be eating there again!

Ate dinner here on the evening of Dec 14th. That night my daughter and I became violently ill (from eating the crispy honey chipotle chicken), we threw up all night, and a good portion of the next day. Had stomach cramps so bad thought we would die. I contacted the restaurant and have yet to hear back. It was disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE. It is unsafe and clearly they could care less what happens to the customers.
