The Sign Doctor

I called him out for an estimate on a exterior building sign. When he arrived he did not take any measurements. I asked him how long his warranty was and he did not know. He said about 3 or 5 years. Said he would call back with an estimate in two days. I called him two days later he said he will follow up. No call yet. He seems to treat sign making as a hustle and not a business. Look eslewhere.
