Worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have a credit card through them. Nothing but hassles. I have an 820 credit rating but would not if I continued to deal with these jokers. Just to call and ask them something you have to basically divulge everyone you have ever met since 1st grade. The only reason I have them is because they bought a bank I had a credit card with. As soon as my balance is paid off, they are history. Do yourself a favor and bank with somebody whose name you recognize like BofA, Chase, or a small bank in your area. These guys suck.
