I am not satisfied with this business. I purchased a wig and the box clearly indicated that the wig was a number 4 but when I got home and opened it up it was clearly not the color that was indicated. I called the business and informed them of my complaint and was told that there was nothing they could do there was a strict no exchange or refund policy on their wigs now I do understand their policy but if you did not get what you paid for it seems to me that there has to be something they could do or better yet something they would want to do to satisfy a customer!
