        Worst customer service EVER!!!!

        The main diamond fell out of my wedding ring and since I paid for a "platinum" warranty I called for them to fix it. They informed me that since I didn't read the fine print on my revisit from 4 years ago. That the warranty I paid for is null & void and they will not replace it. Complete bull
