        Totally Dissapointed

        Eating out everyday is unavoidable, so when we choose to eat at Arbys, its not a close drive. After going through the drive through, and ordering around 20 dollars worth of food, I was dissapointed when they forgot 5 sandwiches and made my chicken sandwich incorrectly. When I went back to confront them, they basically told me I was lieing, and that the 5 sandwiches were in the bag in origionally got. In the retail/food buisness, you should never tell someone that their wrong. They made me my 5 sandwiches and remake my chicken sandwich, but didnt apologize, or offer any incentive to continue recieving our buisness.
