I ordered 2 patches from this business. It was promised in one week. It was complete in 3 weeks, but not made to order. (She told me she ran out of the thread she needed.) We agreed that she would not cash my check ($50+) and in a week she would remake the patch. (I also returned the patch knowing that she could think that I got my order without paying.) Now over 2 months later, she sent a copy of a new patch which is nothing like what I ordered and never approved. She also cashed my check without my consent.
