        Overall

        We have been staying at this hotel annually as we are hunters that own property in area. This year the hotel received a much needed makeover in name, ownership and presentation. No more curry smell, portable space heaters that had to be requested. We were pleasantly surprised by NEW: beds, linens, TVs, Heat/AC unit, bathroom sink, lobby funiture, staff, carpet in the hallway. It was a 1000% difference in the positive direction. We are hunters, we don't need much; some heat a hot shower and we are good to go. The other positive thing is that the price didn't rise 1000%. It did go up about $10/night, however it was more than worth it. Granted, it is no hilton and probably not event a Holiday Inn select. It is a budget hotel. I will be returning. I hope the business picks up, these folks are doing a great job.
