Dr. Dorner, founder of Capital City Cosmetic Surgery, is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and he is the only plastic surgeon in the central Ohio area to have such distinguished credentials as the 'Patients' Choice Award', 'American Society of Plastic Surgeons', 'Strathmore's Who's Who', 'Kipling's Who's Who', 'The International Association of Plastic Surgeons', and the 'Compassionate Doctor Award'. Dr. Dorner was also selected to complete a year long fellowship in cosmetic surgery as the distinguished Owsley fellow (only one plastic surgeon per year is chosen).
