I will be recommending Milk N Mamas Baby to all Mom's. They are fantastic! I could not be more pleased with the superior service they provided. Being a first time Mom and new to breast feeding, I had lots of questions and they were sure a big help. I had so many breast pumps to choose from, they explained the difference in each breast pump they carry and helped me make my final selection. My birth hospital recommended them and I am so happy they did. I can not say thank you enough. You gals are one of a kind!

Today, just four days before my c-section, I got very bad news from Milk N Mamas. I will not recieved my breast pump which was ordered from them on December 2nd 2016 (48 days ago!). At the beging it was nice and communication was smooth. The day I have ordered I provided them with a prescripion. At the end of December, after a couple of weeks of waiting I emailed them to follow up on the order. They assured me that it is in Q and they are planning to send it out "next Wednesday". I have waited next two weeks and tried to call them but with no success. After sending a few urgent emails I got again the answer, that my breast pump is in Q. Today after my last obg visit before my surgery I finally reached them on the phone to be scoled for being annoying with the emails and hear that they are too busy to talk with others mom's orders and suggesting to cancell the order with them. But finally they started working on my order to find out that they are not contracted with my new insurance and got instuction to apply for a breast pump through Edgepark..I really don't have a time and energy to start the procces again. I feel devasteted. I will be a first time mom and I was hoping to be relaxed and enjoy the moment. Thanks to Milk N Mamas I am not.

Love them! After months and months of frustration with my unhelpful insurance company, I found these ladies. My baby was diagnosed with a cleft lip so I needed a hospital grade pump. Not only did they submit out the forms I filled out online, spoke with my insurance company,and answered all my emails and phones calls incredibly fast, they got my pump fully covered for several months! My baby was born three weeks early and my pump arrived right on time considering that I contacted them at nine months of pregnancy! I recommend them to everyone and anyone! They gave me the opportunity to give my baby the milk to give him the best chance at life and immunity I wouldn't have had otherwise.
