My experience has been poor. Their error caused an insurance problem and they can't seem to fix it, even if they wanted to. The customer service office phone rang for several minutes before answering (on several occasions). They are actually billiung me money that I do not owe; the insurance company says I do not owe it, but they still can'y get it right. I've spent more than four hours on the phone trying to resolve it, but they are just incompitent.
