        Welcome to your friendly neighborhood gym in Duncan! While you can always do your own thing, we are a coaching club. So in addition to 24/7 access to all 4,500 locations worldwide we provide you a coach and a plan. You also get our app with 1,000 workouts built-in, coach video and text conferencing, fitness tracking, and account management. We can also provide virtual services if you travel for business or can't make it into the club. We aren't big believers in just "renting treadmills". The team wants you to be successful! Also, are you a teacher, first responder, veteran, or active duty military? Take advantage of our Duncan Hero Program. First month is always free and you get 10% off dues and personal training.
