IHOP

Stop in on May 7 late at night had 4 employees out front smoking, food was good only saw our waitress twice once taking our order then when she deliver our food, no ticket was left on the table, when I was paying for our food had a employee up front talking that management had put all gay people on the late shift .

I eat out everyday so I know a thing or two about service. My wife and I ordered and then watched people come and go. We were more than patient. After 45 minutes we reordered cause she said they got busy and lost our order. The restaurant was way less than half full. We finished our breakfast, still no pancakes. When we received the pancakes they were cold and hard. The butter was right out of the freezer and hard as a rock. They had the nerve to charge us. I will not be back!!

Tried the california scramble, best choice I ever made!

This is the nicest looking restaurant in town, all the others are dirty or old. The employees and food are better than anywhere else except maybe Chilis. Best breakfast in town, period.

The manager and servers were very nice to my children. They are selling pancakes for 56 cents on July 8th.

This one in Durant just opened not to long ago and first chance we had to try it out. Everything seemed ok until the food arrived. My husband ordered the Pot Roast.My son ordered the Chicken Fried Steak. I ordered Chicken Strips and Mash Potatoes with Dark Brown Gravy. My husband and sons meals came with soup or salad and they both chose soup. My meal did not so I ordered a side salad. The waiter asked what dressing I wanted. He brought out their soup and I asked if he forgot my salad. He said my meal didn't come with one. I said I know that's why I ordered one. He said (did you ask me for a salad?) So he brings it out and it's nothing but literally a handful of lettuce,That's it! The meals come out there is no gravy on the potatoes (which are cold) and I have to remind him about the brown gravy I asked for. He brought it out and it was cold,the consistency of water and tasted like onion soup.Had to remind him twice for some sauce for my chicken strips,the post roast wasn't very good,and my son said the chicken fried steak was hard and chewy in the middle. Very,Very Unhappy,Will not go back!

So watched other people walk out because noone offered service at table after 10 mins. Same happened to me but im more assertive. Said they were busy but the restaurant is less than a 3rd full. Our drinks were empty 10 mins. Our appetizer and main order arrived simultaneously. Full order not filled. Drinks still empty. Meal finished items still not delivered. Worst service of my life. Feel like they shoulda paid me for teaching them how to give decent service.
