I wish I could give “0” stars!! Mr. Johnson showed up 40 minutes early for a 9 am appointment. My son answered the door and instead of the standard, professional greeting of good morning, his first words were "you have no idea why I'm here, do you?". My son replied, actually, no, I don't. Mr. Johnson turned to leave and said, that's ok, I have other places to be a, got in his truck and left. I'd like to add that he didn't have a clipboard, paperwork, or any sort of uniform! Instead of calling me from the driveway to clear up any confusion, he left the property and called me from the road to pretty much let me have it. He was rude, abusive and extremely unprofessional and actually had me apologizing to him!! He told me our appointment was for 8:30-9, that he was on his way to another job, that he couldn't come back and the soonest he could fit me in was November 11, that he didn't need some guy not letting him in to "do his job". With this in mind, his phone call to me stating this was at 8:28 but according to him, he should have been just ARRIVING to inspect my heat pump but instead, he decided to be rude and abusive and teach us a lesson by ditching the job! My husband and son are self employed and visit clients every day and would NEVER speak to a customer that way, they'd never leave without calling. I don't know how he's stayed in business - BEWARE!!
