Down Home Pest and Animal

This is not a company or a business. This is a man WITHOUT a license treating people's homes & animal issues. Without making it known he is actually under investigation for fraud in relations to wildlife big game tags. Be careful, sometime things are cheap for a reason....

I had a serious problem with roaches. I delt with 3 different companies. I will not mention their names but one company didn't seem to care about my problem, just my money. The other company treated once, took my money and never returned or did a follow up. Still the problem existed. The third company told me they would be here at 3:00. They showed up at 6:30 after we gave up waiting and trying to call to find out why nobody showed up so we wasn't home. They still tried charging us for them showing up at our house! Are you kidding me!!!! Finally a friend of mine said she went with down home pest and animal when she had a rodent problem after going through a few companies as well. So when I seen they were open 24 hours I called. It was around 8:30 at night and after hanging up the phone someone was at my house within the hour. The technician was very nice, and not only inspected the inside of my home, he inspected the attic AND crawlspace. He treated my home and told me I was not going to be charged until he solved my problem. After 3 days without seeing a single bug the technician that came and treated called to schedule a follow up. After another thorough inspection I was found bug free. I am so thankful I found these guys and regret not calling them first. I rarely write reviews and especially long ones but these guys deserve 10 stars. Will only reccomend them in the future and have them doing my monthly pest service as well.
