        Sal and his team were excellent. They worked with our budget and didnt push us towards anything. They allowed us to choose the dates we would be available. They did an amazing job with our counter tops and backsplash. They were very friendly and answered all questions we had for them. They treat you like family. We will always use Sal and his team from now on. Save yourself the time and headache. These guys are the real deal!

        Overall

        The tile I ordered came several days late, and one box had a lot of broken tiles. They would not take responsibility for the lateness and required me to bring in the broken ones to exchange, not get a refund. Refused to refund for leftover complete boxes of tile.They stated that it was a special order but never told me that I wouldn't be able to return any. Salesperson was very rude when I called.
