Coriander

Coriander is the new restaurant/general store that recently opened in the center of Eastford, right where the old general store used to be.The place is very homey feeling and suits the area well. Run by the Laffert brothers, this cozy joint is bound to be a small town favorite. If you're sick of the attitude at some of the local cafes check out Coriander for some delicious soup, sandwiches and grill items with out all the pretension. I got the meatloaf sandwich and a cup of coffee. The sandwich was simple and delicious and they have a good selection of coffees. My brother got the turkey and apple sandwich and said it was refreshing. Their half-sour pickles are dynamite. I will definitely be going back for the free wi-fi, delicious food and over the counter banter.
