Integrity is definitely the right name for this company. We called on a Friday and they arrived promptly at noon the next day. Chris was extremely helpful and genuine. We were charged about $150 less than another company who had given us an estimate, which we were thrilled about. Imagine our surprise when Chris called about an hour later to tell us that he realized he'd made an error in his calculations and that we would be refunded a further $98! What a blessing to our family. Who knew that having your septic pumped would be such a pleasant experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone. We will certainly not waste any time calling around for other quotes next time we need the tank pumped.
