        We file claims all the time because my wife's had two shoulder surgeries and a knee replacement, and everything has been taken care of if we pay our premiums. The shoulder turned out just fine and the knee is ok!

        Jeff explained insurance well. For example, if I went for cheaper insurance, this is what would happen, and if I went really cheap, this is what would happen, etc. He takes his time like he doesn't have anything else he'd rather be doing.
